World of Tanks Metal Fest 2025 with KISS is Live!

The third annual Metal Fest for World of Tanks Modern Armor has begun and will continue until September 15th.

This year’s collaboration for the free-to-play shooter features the iconic rock band KISS. The battlefield has been transformed into a rock ‘n’ roll arena, offering players the opportunity to experience KISS through unique challenges, themed rewards, and an all-new game mode.

Four distinct Premium tanks have been created, each inspired by a member of the band: The Demon, The Starchild, The Spaceman, and The Catman. These tanks have special combat abilities reflecting the personality of each rock legend. Selecting any of these vehicles in the garage will play the anthem “Rock and Roll All Nite.” Furthermore, players can command animated 3D Hero Commanders voiced by Gene Simmons and Paul Stanley, as well as 2D Commander versions, Emblems, Inscriptions, and KISS-themed garage decorations.

Metal Fest 2025 also introduces “Rush the Stage,” a brand new PvE mode complete with its own dedicated map. In this mode, teams must capture bases and destroy enemy tanks to earn points. The mode will alternate between World War II and Cold War tanks over a two-week period. In addition, a personal challenge system offers KISS-themed rewards, and “Rock ‘n’ Rewards” provides daily gifts to players who log in during the event.
