Warframe Releases 1999 Demo and Unveils New Halloween-Themed Nights of Naberus Content

The buzz of excitement around Warframe 1999 has been palpable all year as Digital Extremes talked it up, and they have finally released a free demo so you can try it yourself.

The studio says that for the first time, you can go hands-on with their next narrative arc, Warframe’s Awakening and Vor’s Prize tutorial Quests. Look for an infested terminal in your ship’s flight deck to begin your introduction to Warframe: 1999. Explore downtown Höllvania as Arthur on his Atomicyle in a repeatable Exterminate-style mission. You’ll encounter a new enemy faction, the Scaldra, and their unique toxic goo arsenal designed to face the Techrot crisis.

Warframe 1999 is set to launch later this winter. However, if you decide to complete the demo before the game officially launches, you’ll be rewarded with a longsword skin.

In other Warframe news, their Halloween spectacular, Nights of Naberus, is currently taking place through October. Today, new skins, which include a back piece, shoulder armor, and a ship skin, are up for grabs in honor of the event.
