This month, War Thunder introduces modern Chinese jet fighters and a new French naval tech tree

Along with announcing the start of fall and unofficial opening of MMO Halloween as highlighted earlier this week by MOP’s Bree, September also introduces fresh content for War Thunder enthusiasts through the latest Dance of Dragons update.

The update, as hinted by its name, includes new Chinese military appliances for players to explore, specifically introducing the JF-17 and J-10A fighter jets. These fresh additions encapsulate more of the modern Chinese combat mechanisms equipped with advanced radar and countermeasure facilities, better mobility, and the provision of close range air-to-air missiles in the case of the J-10A.

But that’s not all – the update also extends its novelty to the French navy with a new tech tree encompassing speedy coastal vessels like the VTB-8, VTB-9, and the VTB-11. These compact ships are designed for swift movement, light cannon capability and nippy torpedo launchers that are capable of challenging far larger boats.
