On the heels of its triumph at Steam Next Fest and a successful closed beta in Korea, Theorycraft Games is readying for the Open Beta launch of their groundbreaking game, SUPERVIVE, on November 20, 2024. This one-of-a-kind free-to-play game fuses aspects of MOBAs, Battle Royales, and hero shooters. It will be accessible with servers spread across North America, Europe, Asia, and Korea, courtesy of a partnership with NEXON.
Driven by the favorable response at the Steam Next Fest, where the game gained a significant number of players, the move to Open Beta was made. The active player engagement and feedback encouraged Joe Tung, CEO and co-founder of Theorycraft Games, to fast-track the game to Open Beta. He underscored the role of the gaming community in molding the game, pledging to maintain development transparency, with gamers’ feedback being a key part of future upgrades.
At the Steam Next Fest, SUPERVIVE added hundreds of thousands of new gamers who collectively clocked in more than 67 million minutes of gameplay. This is equivalent to over 127 years—in just a week. Statistics revealed a tough gaming landscape, with 13 million hunters defeated and 70% of 3.5 million vault attempts unsuccessful.
In December, SUPERVIVE will offer a transdimensional winter-themed event, bringing fresh content like map changes, powers, cosmetics, and gear. This event demonstrates Theorycraft’s dedication to consistently enriching the gaming experience.
Those intrigued to partake in the Open Beta can add SUPERVIVE to their Steam wishlist now, as Theorycraft Games sets out to make this game the next sensation in hybrid online gaming.
