Arc Games has revealed Neverwinter: Red Harvest, the 31st substantial improvement for the free-to-play D&D MMORPG, set to release on May 6 for PC, PlayStation, and Xbox. This innovative module takes users to Thay, where they will join forces with the rebels to fight the autocratic Red Wizards. The new story-led adventure is inspired by the Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves film.
New Adventure Zone: Tyraturos, Tower District
- Adds a vertical map based on Thay’s depiction from the D&D film
- Fight through three unique neighborhoods and climb a high structure in the north
- Aid the Harpers against Szass Tam and his council of Red Wizards in a three-act storyline
New Trial: Shackles of Divinity
An intensely mechanical boss battle comes in three levels of difficulty:
- Normal Mode – Accessible in the Random Trial Queue for everyone
- Advanced Mode – An elevated challenge for mid-range players
- Master Mode – A harsh test of players’ skills, highlighting execution over equipment
Recurring In-Game Events
- Protector’s Jubilee
- Celebration of Liira
- Summer Festival
- Tymora’s Gift
- Challenge of the Gods
- Coins of Waukeen
New Rewards & Purchase Options
- Battle Pass: Dead to Rites – Contains nine milestones spread over three phases
- New Companion: Rath Modar – A mighty aid against the Red Wizards
- Bundles & Packs – Inclusion of mount/companion options, refinement boosts, and campaign unlocks
Neverwinter’s Red Harvest continues the tradition of D&D storytelling by combining the aesthetics inspired by the film with classic MMORPG dungeon crawling. This update will offer:
- New open-world zone for exploration
- Endgame trial designed for group play
- New progression rewards and seasonal events
