The International 2025: Dota 2 Tournament Begins This Weekend in Germany

The International 2025 is gearing up to commence on September 11th at the Barclays Arena in Hamburg, Germany. This prestigious event will showcase the world’s elite Dota 2 teams as they compete in the year’s most significant tournament. Following four intense days of playoff competition, eight teams – Xtreme Gaming, BB Team, Team Tidebound, Heroic, Pvision, Nigma Galaxy, Tundra Esports, and Team Falcons – have secured their spots to vie for the coveted Aegis in a double-elimination bracket. The opening ceremony is scheduled for 10 AM (CEST), preceded by a pre-show starting at 9:30 AM.

For those attending in person, The International 2025 promises meet-and-greet opportunities with both teams and talent. Attendees can also acquire Crimson Witness pins and take advantage of daily badge binding, with the chance to unlock exclusive treasure drops for fans of the free-to-play MOBA. The arena doors will open at 8 AM (CEST) each day. Seating is primarily general admission, although specific sections are reserved for press and players. A Secret Shop will be located at the Barclays Arena, offering exclusive The International 2025 merchandise. Additionally, a Side Shop will be available at MOUZ Esports HQ in Hamburg from September 9th to 12th, catering to fans without event tickets.

The International will be broadcast live across various platforms and languages, including Twitch, YouTube, Steam, Facebook, Bilibili, Huya, and Douyu. The Secret Shop will also maintain online storefronts through We Are Nations and Perfect World, offering region-specific merchandise selections.
