The First Descendant: New Dungeon, Ultimate Weapons, and More!

A recent livestream for The First Descendant, the free-to-play
shooter, showcased the new content arriving in the Season 3 Episode 2 November update. The update continues the narrative, picking up after Alpha’s capture. With Karel currently interrogating Alpha, players are tasked with venturing to Axion Plains to initiate a rescue mission.

The update brings more than just story content. It also features a new Supermassive Receptor Dungeon with a Hard difficulty setting. This dungeon adheres to Axion Plains access rules and can be accessed via the Albion Terminal, through beacons, or using the World Map. Players will also be introduced to Harris, a new Descendant who utilizes toxins for various combat effects. Furthermore, new Ultimate Weapons and Trigger Modules are on the horizon.

The livestream also previewed the upcoming Bayonetta crossover event. Running from November 6th to December 4th, players can complete daily missions to earn rewards. Several other events will also commence on November 6th, including a seasonal event featuring main story elements and a special login event.
