The Finals: Season 8 Arrives with New Features and Weapons!

A brand new Season is live in The Finals! Embark Studios is rolling out several new features to their free-to-play shooter. One notable addition, still in beta, is the Instant Replay feature. As the name suggests, it allows players to review their elimination moments to better understand what happened and learn from their mistakes. Keep in mind that this feature is still being tested and isn’t enabled by default. The developers recommend disabling it if your system has less than 16GB of RAM, as detailed in the update notes.

Further enhancing the ability to analyze matches, a new match summary screen has been introduced for World Tour, Ranked, and QuickCash modes. Expect this feature to expand to other modes in the future.

For players who enjoy explosive action, the “Smooth Destruction” system has arrived. This system aims to improve the visual fidelity and impact of collapsing structures.
