Steel & Sorcery’s 3rd Alpha Test Coming Soon

Following its successful showcase at Steam’s October Next Fest, Notorious Studios announces the third alpha playtest of its third-person action PvPvE RPG Legacy: Steel & Sorcery. This trial will initiate at 2 pm PST on November 13 and will continue until 2 pm on November 20.

As to what participants will experience during the test will be revealed on Steam prior to the event. However, the developers have discussed items they’ve learned from participant feedback as part of the announcement, and it’s possible some of those elements will be prioritized during the test. Players have highlighted the need for challenges and rewards and suggested more attention towards optimization.

A feature the developers intend to highlight is The Lodge. Serving as one of the fundamental progression systems in the game, it is a space where players can unlock Furnishings for certain bonuses. The forthcoming update will introduce three new items: the Cooking Pot, Bed, and Fireplace. The Cooking Pot helps players to collect components and prepare various buffs. The Bed is essential for acquiring rested experience, and the Fireplace powers the other furnishing items.
