Star Trek Online Players Can Now Get Typhoon Tier 6 Battlecruiser

Since the initial launch of the MMORPG, Star Trek Online players have had to contend with the existence of the unplayable Typhoon class starship. Its presence but lack of accessibility has only fueled desire for it among players. It was finally announced that the coveted Typhoon class would be made available to PlayStation and Xbox players through the Dimensional Typhoon event, slated to begin on November 12th.

The event requires players to accumulate the requisite Daily Progress in order to redeem the Starship from the Event Reclaim Store. As an account-wide ship, players only need to secure the Tier 6 Typhoon Temporal Battlecruiser once.

The updated version of the long-desired ship is worth mentioning. It’s a sizeable ship accessible to all factions with advanced specifications: 5 fore weapons, 3 aft weapons, 3 device slots, and 5 bridge officer stations.
