Pax Dei’s team is confident the sandbox MMORPG will launch in 2025.

Pax Dei has ambitious plans for its future that it’s eager to reveal — and the developers recently took the time to address 27 pressing questions from the community.

One of the most significant questions is whether Pax Dei is still on track for a 2025 release. The developers confirmed, “Yes! While we’ve experienced some delays with certain features, we’re confident that Pax Dei will launch this year. A full wipe will occur before release to ensure everyone starts fresh. We’re also considering an additional world/character wipe before that but will make it as seamless as possible.”

Upcoming projects for the sandbox MMO include new emotes, a lore delivery system, fast travel, a stone building set, recycling mechanics, support for Spanish and Polish languages, and a prototype mount system.

Regarding monetization, the developers remained somewhat cautious, stating, “We’re finalizing some systems but reassure early access players that they won’t be charged when the game officially launches.”
