Path of Exile 2: Details on Asynchronous Trade System

Path of Exile 2‘s anticipated Asynchronous Trade system is launching with the 0.3.0 update this Friday. Naturally, the community has a lot of questions about it. To keep everyone informed, the developers have addressed some frequently asked questions in a new post, covering topics like the availability and cost of Merchant’s Tabs, and their compatibility with PoE 1.

The announcement clarifies that converting Premium Stash Tabs to Merchant’s Tabs will be possible immediately upon the update’s release. It’s important to note that Premium tabs acquired *after* the update goes live cannot be converted. For players interested in purchasing new Merchant’s Tabs, they’ll be available for 40 points each, or in a bundle of six for 200 points. There is no limit to the number of tabs a player can purchase.

Players still invested in PoE 1 should consider carefully before converting all their Premium Stash Tabs. The new trading system will initially be exclusive to Path of Exile 2 and will not be implemented in the original ARPG at launch. Furthermore, once tabs are converted within PoE2, they will become inaccessible in PoE1 until the system is integrated there as well. Finally, Premium Quad Stash Tabs cannot be converted into Merchant’s Tabs.
