Patch 11.0.7 for World of Warcraft unveils a new zone, narrative, and activities.

The upcoming update to World of Warcraft is set to launch on December 17th and it’s packing a punch – it introduces frequent storms to the new area, Siren Isle. Previously operating as an Azerite mine run by Kul Tiras, the island now finds itself deserted with many seeking to unravel its mystery. Besides weekly invasions, the gamers will have to contend with relentless storms that come with a series of crustaceans looking to claim the territory. As such, gamers’ aim is to fight off the crustaceans, get new equipment and upgrade a unique ring. A newly released video gives a tour of the features in the upcoming patch.

The patch also brings numerous other enhancements, including new quests that set the stage for patch 11.1 and feature the Kirin Tor, reinstatement of Plunderstorm and the Turbulent Timeways event, and the feature that allows friends to join forces cross-faction if they are fully prepared to go into the dungeon. Watch the video below for a brief run-through of what to expect in the upcoming patch. It’s guaranteed to be action-packed.
