Two new Lord of the Rings Online legendary servers are expected to launch in July. A considerable amount of time and testing is dedicated to ensuring the seamless operation of the new 64-bit architecture and world event as they debut. As part of this initiative, SSG will host a stress test for the anticipated Mordor server from Monday to Wednesday this week.
“We plan to open the forthcoming Mordor server for a special preview on Monday, July 1st, at a yet-to-be-determined time. We are organizing a unique stress test and wraith event preview on Tuesday,” shared the developers. “We encourage as many users as possible to try logging into Mordor beginning at 3pm Eastern (-4 GMT) on Tuesday, July 2nd in order to stress test the capabilities of the server, which is based in Europe. As of 3pm Eastern, a member of the LOTRO team will be spawning Ringwraiths on Mordor.”
