Rebel Wolves unveiled the debut preview of The Blood of Dawnwalker™, the forthcoming RPG sensation, under the full glow of the Wolf Moon. Helmed by Konrad Tomaszkiewicz, co-founder of the studio and the creative force behind The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, the game is set in an alternate 14th century where mighty vampires have toppled the feudal lords.

Developed by Rebel Wolves employing Unreal® Engine 5 and set to be published by Bandai Namco Entertainment America Inc., for PlayStation®5, Xbox Series X|S and PC via Steam®, The Blood of Dawnwalker pitches itself as a narrative sandbox where players have the freedom to spin their own tale of family salvation. The gripping narrative unfolds in the 14th-century Europe, a time when bloody conflicts rampant and the Black Death is relentlessly haunting the survivors. In the overlooked Sangora Valley, nestled in the Carpathian Mountains, the vampires capitalize on this moment of uncertainty. They overthrow the feudal lords and claim the freedom and supreme power that have been withheld from them for centuries. Legends meld into reality, forever shifting history. This action RPG lends a fresh take to the dark fantasy genre.

The Blood of Dawnwalker marks the inaugural chapter of the dark fantasy saga initiated by Rebel Wolves. Players will step into the shoes of Coen, a young man transformed into a Dawnwalker wavering between the day’s world and the realm of the night, neither fully human nor completely vampire. Over 30 days and nights, players need to decide between saving Coen’s family or seeking vengeance on his father, destroying anyone who hinders his path. Open world games and RPG enthusiasts will find the gaming experience utterly captivating.

“Our game is inspired by classic RPGs and creates a sense of urgency that renders the open-world game highly intriguing. The players have the liberty to decide how they will spend their time in the game as Coen’s family’s fate lies in their hands. With each mission you cmplete, the plotline progresses and eventually, time runs out. Hence, it is not possible to finish all stories and arcs before the terrifying deadline, making each gaming episode absolutely unique.
