“Mountain of Flame” Module Launches Today, Bringing Mount Hotenow Back to Neverwinter

The beloved Mount Hotenow, initially removed from the MMORPG genre, makes its grand comeback in Neverwinter today. Its return to the new “Mountain of Flame” component has been anything but easy. The environment is becoming quite intense. Gommoth, located underneath the near-bursting volcano, plans to utilize the freshly flowing lava to rouse a Primordial.

Of course, this is dangerous, so it’s your job to intervene.

Mount Hotenow is getting a fresh lease of life from the Neverwinter vault. With new trails, newfound treasures, fresh threats, and much more in store, anticipation builds. The vault’s grand unveiling brings with it the Lair of the Mad Dragon’s dungeon—though, it’s not merely a repeat of its previous incarnation. Expect a complete overhaul of the dungeon and its bosses. And that’s not all, the update also offers novel rewards. Those feeling extra energetic can choose to play the dungeon in one of three difficulty levels.

Additional features include some well-deserved enhancements to guild management, upgrades to numerous companions, and the introduction of a brand-new battle pass.
