Kritika Faces Another Shutdown as Kritika: Zero Nears Its End

Kritika fans are once again left disappointed as Valofe announces the shutdown of Kritika: Zero. After reviving the MMORPG about 18 months ago, Valofe had given players a reason to return to the high-octane action of Kritika—but that comeback is coming to an end.

The game has already been removed from Steam, and all in-game purchases have been disabled. Still, the servers will remain online until August 7, giving players a final window to enjoy Kritika: Zero before it disappears once again.

This marks yet another chapter in the rocky history of the Kritika franchise, which has suffered from multiple relaunches and closures over the years. Whether a new developer will eventually take the reins and give Kritika a proper revival remains to be seen.

If that day comes, fans are hoping for a smarter, more sustainable approach—ideally one that avoids controversial moves like NFT integration, which previously drew backlash. For now, all eyes are on August 7 as the clock ticks down for Kritika: Zero.
