Sword of Justice: Chinese MMORPG with AI NPCs Gets Global Release Date

NetEase Games has announced that Sword of Justice (known as Justice Mobile in Asia), a new free-to-play MMORPG developed with ZhuRong Studio, will launch globally on November 7th. The game will be available on PC (Steam and Windows), Android, and iOS with full cross-platform play.

The game is set in a sprawling world inspired by the 12th-century Song dynasty. Players can forge their own path as warriors, artisans, explorers, or socialites. A key feature is the return of the cloud face editing system, which is available in a pre-launch event for Southeast Asian players. This tool uses AI to create detailed and expressive faces with over 300 adjustable parameters.

Sword of Justice aims to avoid “pay-to-win” mechanics, focusing on skill-based progression and a dynamic world populated by NPCs with unique memories and behaviors (making it the first MMORPG to use AI NPCs). The developers promise both social and cooperative gameplay, along with solo storylines offering over 100 hours of content. Pre-registration is now open on the official website.
