Ragnarok M: Classic

Global Classic Begins Closed Beta with a “Grind-Free” Plan and Completely Zeny-Based Economy ⋆ MMORPGBR

The awaited closed beta test (CBT) of Ragnarok M: Classic global version by publisher Gravity Interactive has begun. This highly anticipated mobile MMORPG, inspired by the classic Ragnarok Online, began testing on the 1st of August and is available to play on Android, iOS, and PC. The focus of Romc is accessibility, staying true to the original ethos of the franchise, and provides a free experience without aggressive monetization or mechanics that promote excessive grinding.

The end of the CBT will be on August 28, 2025. There are 10,000 slots open for iOS users, while Android and PC users will have their applications progressively approved. Any progress made during the test will be reset at the end. However, players who top up will receive Zeny reimbursements in their official accounts upon launch, including bonus rates. Detailed instructions for each platform are provided by Gravity, this includes Testflight instructions for iOS, Google Play pre-registration for Android, and official Discord links for PC version downloads.

Ragnarok M: Classic Global differentiates itself from previous versions with a player-centric approach: No Gacha, no recurring packages, with guaranteed success in equipment enhancements up to +15. The game features six primary classes and allows free class change after Tier 3. The progression system is based solely on Zeny, the in-game currency. This approach allows for a 100% fair and transparent economy where progress depends on player commitment, not their wallet. For additional details, visit the official game website.
