HoYoverse is celebrating the fifth anniversary of Genshin Impact with a brand-new theme song and commemorative artwork. The song, entitled “The Long Way Home,” was composed by Peijia You and features Erika Harlacher, the voice actress for Venti, as the vocalist. It was released on September 26th, just ahead of the game’s anniversary on September 28th.

Genshin Impact has consistently marked its yearly anniversaries with in-game events, rewarding players with Primogems and showcasing its memorable soundtrack and character designs. This year’s music video highlights the Archons of Teyvat relaxing in their respective domains, culminating in a heartwarming hotpot dinner, which ties into the ongoing “Moonlit Hotpot Journey” event.
