Explore Odus’ Remains in EverQuest 2’s 21st Expansion, Scars of Destruction

Darkpaw Games today launched the 21st expansion for its freeMMORPG EverQuest II. This expansion introduces a myriad of updates and enhancements in addition to progressing the game’s saga by sending gamers on quests exploring the remnants of Odus’ coastline, and finding out what’s beyond the barrier of the Western Wastes and ultimately the Dragon Necropolis, all in an effort to conquer the menacing forces wreaking havoc across Norrath.

Dubbed “Scars of Destruction,” the update provides a level up to 130, fresh quests, an array of raid content, and more. One of the novel features of the game is the Petamorph Keyring, a new kind of inventory storage that enables players to keep their petamorph wands and swiftly access them through the Keyrings tab in the persona window.

Furthermore, players can now add particle effects to certain weapons without engaging reforger NPCs. This functionality allows on-the-go modifications through the “Apply Aura” menu option.

Additionally, this update brings modifications to timelocked servers. Effective today, the Age of Discovery is now unlocked on the Varsoon Server.
