Developers of SWG Legends rogue server announce Jedi Themepark Part 2 is nearing completion

For anyone looking forward to a plausible excuse to delve into Star Wars Galaxies Legends, this weekend offers a suitable chance as the team of player developers have launched a double-experience event to commemorate the holiday.

If, however, you’re already an active player, you might want to explore the forums to discover what the developers are working on next, beyond the improvements for the city, space PvP, and species change that have been rolled out in 2024.

“The past few months have seen extensive progress on numerous systems, both from a gameplay perspective and in backend developments,” the developers state. “We’ve witnessed a glut of activity over the last few months, ranging from the creation/development of new models to fulfill senate proposals to backend system support allowing the events team to conduct space events. […] Our development team has been working tirelessly to prepare our test centers and the entire codebase for the next phase of Jedi Themepark Part 2 testing. Although we don’t have a definitive release date yet, we are inching closer and closer to finalizing it every day.”

It seems we have spotted images of what appears to be remeshing for one of the less attractive tailor-made low-level dresses and a Rambo-style Ewok too. We hope this is true, and we’ll have it for the Ewok Festival of Love.
