Destiny 2: Bungie Declares “Into the Light” Available to All

Bungie conducted a live event yesterday full of exciting updates about Destiny 2. The expansion pack Light Within has been made accessible to everyone, with The Final Form set to launch on June 4th.

The expansion Light Within introduces the PvE mode titled Onslaught, reintroduces certain weapons, includes an area called the Social Hall of Champions, includes unique quests, and introduces a new raid boss named Pantheon.

The upcoming expansion Destiny 2: The Final Form is set to introduce the Prismatic subclass, additional exotic items, a new enemy faction, among several other features.

With the introduction of the new subclass, for the first time, Arc, Solar, Void, Stasis, and Filament may be fused to further unlock abilities and personalization options.

Users equipped with the Prismatic subclass have the ability to inflict Light or Dark damage and can charge both aspects. When activated, a temporary Transcendence state allows guardians access to a special grenade capability and increased weapon damage.

Destiny 2: The Final Form is set for release on June 4, 2024.
