Compass and Stall Search Tools Coming Soon to Pax Dei

Ever got lost while journeying in Pax Dei? You’ll be delighted to know that a compass is being rolled out soon in this MMORPG. Based on a sneak peek from their blog, it resembles the top-bar compasses seen in The Elder Scrolls Online and other games. The creators, Mainframe, revealed that this compass won’t just indicate direction but will also highlight points of interest and any waypoint markers you’ve set up.

Indeed, it’s strange that this wasn’t introduced earlier…but the good news is it’s on its way!

In addition to this, several enhancements are planned for the trading systems introduced over the past few weeks. Soon, you’ll be enabled to scout stock across the entire home valley you’re located in through a feature aptly named Home Valley Browsing. Not only that, but you can also mark a route to any stall of interest. Other planned improvements aim to smoothen out filtering features and revise construction to cut down on needed materials. In a welcome move, the necessity to make wooden pins will be eliminated in the coming update.

As for when these upgrades will be rolled out? Honestly, your guess is as good as ours. The official blog suggests that they’re almost here, but they won’t be introduced until they’re completely ready and there’s no assurance that they won’t be delayed or subject to changes.
