Pearl Abyss revealed a range of Halloween-centric events for its game, Black Desert, on both PC and console, commencing on October 17, 2024. These events form part of a larger celebration in honor of the game’s 10th anniversary on December 17. Exclusive rewards and activities will be available to players until the year’s end.
Outline of Halloween Events:
- Ash Forest Phantom: From October 17 to November 7 (PC) and up to November 14 (console), players can combat against the ghostly Volkras in monster zones to acquire in-game currency, gear progression items, and power-ups.
- Hunt for the Genuine Spook: Running concurrently with the above event, players will seek a real ghost in Heidel, with successful hunters being rewarded with Benighted Badges, which can be exchanged for items like the Barnas Transformation Scroll.
- The Spooky Adventure of the Black Spirit: This Halloween-themed dice game is offered until November 14, and participants can win Creepy Goody Bags containing prized in-game items.
- Spooky-themed Daily Login & Special Pass Events: Running up to December 12, players who log in daily can receive rewards such as Spook Transformation Scrolls and new Daily Tokens, with additional benefits and unique rewards available through the Daily Special Pass from the Pearl Shop.
Moreover, Black Desert Online will be marking its 10th anniversary on December 17.
10th Anniversary Celebrations:
- Event with Exclusive Rewards: Taking place from today until December 24 (PC) and December 26 (console), players can earn unique seals from NPCs daily. These can be traded in for special items like J’s Hammer, Cron Stones, and the Mythical Censer.
