Pearl Abyss has kept Black Desert fans busy this summer with updates across all platforms, including the mobile edition of the MMORPG. Today, the studio announced the launch of Land of the Morning Light Seoul for Black Desert Mobile, expanding the game’s Korean mythology-inspired saga.
Following its September 2024 debut on the PC version, this mobile expansion brings the same immersive storytelling to handheld players. Highlights include four narrative-driven tale collections, challenging Black Shrine boss encounters, and the reworked Martial God Tournament arena mode. The update also introduces the Seonin, a nature-themed class that wields the five elements—Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water—to balance opposing mystical forces.
“The Land of the Morning Light expansion transports players to the enigmatic Hwanghae Province, featuring mythic tales, fearsome bosses, and competitive arena battles. The Seonin emerges as a guardian of equilibrium, mastering elemental energies to harmonize light and shadow.”
The expansion is now available globally on Black Desert Mobile servers. Dive into the action with the trailers below:
