A brand-new competitive sports game unexpectedly launched yesterday during the ID@Xbox x IGN Showcase. Logoi Games and Pathea Games’ free-to-play PvP title, Superball, is now available for download on Steam, the Windows Store, and Xbox.
Formerly known as Super Buckyball Tournament, the game throws players into 3v3 matches set in cyberpunk-inspired football arenas. Matches are designed for quick, five-minute bursts of action. Players can select from a diverse roster of 17 heroes, each specializing in one of three positional roles: Goalkeepers, Midfielders, and Forwards.
Superball offers a variety of engaging game modes beyond the standard 3v3 format, including Slam Dunk, Dodgeball, Icebreaker, and Divine Path. There are also casual modes available for training and practice.
To celebrate the launch, the developers are giving players the opportunity to try out sixteen of the heroes for free during the initial 72 hours after signing up. On the second day, players will receive a voucher that can be redeemed to unlock any hero of their choice through a reward track. The game also features a battle pass with both free and premium reward paths. Furthermore, players across all platforms will receive a welcome gift containing 20 Lucky Cards, which can be used to redeem skins and other cosmetic items.
