Eterspire Update: Improved Bastion Challenge in Indie MMORPG

Stonehollow Workshop is set to release a new update for its free-to-play, cross-platform MMORPG, Eterspire, tomorrow. This update focuses on enhancing the Bastion Challenge, the game’s endless wave mode. Designed for solo players or teams of up to four, the Bastion Challenge has received several improvements to boost its appeal. Key changes include the addition of a revive mechanic (within a 10-second timeframe) and the option to skip easier waves.

The ability to skip waves is available for both solo players and groups, based on either the player’s personal best score or the team’s previous performance, whichever is applicable.

Furthermore, players now have an incentive to push beyond wave 100, as reaching higher levels will reward them with more Bastion Points. The first 20 waves have also been revamped with more engaging mob encounters, featuring enemies with diverse behaviors, including ranged attacks.

This update also introduces a new sidequest centered around a mysterious potion, alongside some beneficial buffs for the Archer class. The update is scheduled for release tomorrow, October 28th, and will be available on iOS, Android, and Steam.
