Operation: Plague Star returns to Warframe from September 10th to September 24th on all platforms. This recurring Clan Event unfolds in the Plains of Eidolon, where a gigantic Infested boil, originating from a meteorite crash, threatens Cetus. To quell the infestation, players in this free-to-play shooter must secure a Toxin to destroy the boil. However, Councilor Vay Hek, the Toxin’s custodian, refuses aid, forcing players to gather their forces, infiltrate supply lines, and take action.
Expect a blend of intense combat and team coordination. Players will confront Hemocytes and fend off the overwhelming Infested horde. This year, the event offers enhanced rewards, including the Hemocyte Glyph, Sigil, and Decoration, along with a one-time-purchase Omni Forma. Additional cosmetic rewards feature the Protosomid Shoulder Guard, Aspirus Ephemera, Cryptanaut Necramech Helmet, and decorative Earth and Murex Consoles for your Orbiter.
Digital Extremes will release more information upon the event’s launch on September 10th at 11 AM (ET), but you can prepare in advance.
