Wuthering Waves Update: Flight Coming to Earlier Zones

The new Version 2.6 update, titled “By Sun’s Scourge, By Moon’s Revelation,” is bringing a ton of exciting content. The main story continues in Septimont, but there are also new areas to explore and new monsters to fight. You can also get two new Resonators, Augusta and Iuno.

Version 2.6 will also feature 10 new events and a significant expansion of the world map. Since the game already has a robust traversal system, players will be happy to hear that flight is being added to the first two regions. This was a highly requested feature, but the developers noted that flight may not be available in future regions due to design variations.

The update also includes several quality-of-life improvements. Mineral collection points will be marked on the map, and a tracking feature has been added for hard-to-find collectibles like viewpoints and blobflies. The user interface has been updated, and graphical performance has been optimized for a smoother experience.
