NetEase Suggests Marvel Rivals Players Downgrade GeForce Drivers for Performance Fixes

Experiencing issues with frame drops in Marvel Rivals recently? If you’re using an NVIDIA GeForce graphics card, this could be the culprit. According to NetEase, the 580.88 GeForce driver update has been linked to decreased GPU usage for some players of the hero shooter, resulting in noticeable frame rate drops.

On a positive note, NetEase is collaborating with NVIDIA to determine the root cause of this issue. While this won’t offer immediate relief, players can roll back their drivers to Version 577.00 in the meantime. For those who prefer not to search for the old drivers, the development team has conveniently included a link in their announcement on the Steam page.

Currently, there are no alternative solutions suggested by the developers aside from the rollback. Let’s hope that the collaboration with NVIDIA leads to a swift resolution, allowing players to update their drivers shortly.
