Every Star Trek enthusiast knows that the Terran Empire in the Mirror Universe represents what the Federation could potentially become if it surrendered to its darker tendencies. Fortunately for those in the Federation’s universe, they have managed to steer clear of that fate, though there’s always room for growth.
A key part of preventing the rise of the Terran Empire is battling against it whenever it emerges, which is precisely the challenge players will face during Star Trek Online’s Reflections of Empire event. This MMORPG event offers Mirror Universe-themed TFOs for players to engage in daily. Activities include raiding the Terran Empire’s Star Fortress, defending Deep Space 9 from invasion, and launching an attack on Jupiter Station. Another task will have players assisting in sending Terok Nor back to the Mirror Universe.
Players can choose and complete the TFO of their preference every day. Over 14 days, they will accumulate progress towards the Grand Prize, which features the Universal Agony Phaser Torpedo Assault Platform Console, 3 TFO Reward Boxes, and 25,000 Dilithium Ore.
The event launches on PC today and will continue for three weeks, providing plenty of opportunity for players to secure their rewards. Console players can anticipate the event starting on August 26, also lasting for three weeks.
