Today, NCSoft declared that the overhauled version of its esteemed action MMORPG, Blade and Soul, will be unveiled on February 25 under the name Blade & Soul NEO. From February 11, players can commence with the pre-download of the game and character development can begin from February 18. All those who pre-enlist will receive a gift of two Moonlight Costume Mystery Boxes at no charge.
Although Blade & Soul NEO and the original game will coexist, the former is not labelled as a ‘classic server’. Instead, the game will be launched with earlier Blade & Soul content and subsequently bring in new categories and updates. It allows users to begin afresh and perceive the game with enhanced graphics and enhancements.
Essentially, Blade & Soul NEO is the original game reimagined – featuring superior graphics, the addition of Infinite Windwalk and a variety of combat enhancements.
Blade & Soul NEO can be played free of charge, however, players can also procure pre-order improvement kits for $20, $30, or $50.
