Fallen Banners DLC with Update 45 from The Elder Scrolls Online Arrives at Public Test Server.

If concerns about the future updates of The Elder Scrolls Online and its general content rhythm are bothering you… we get it. We’ve got those worries too. Let’s all come together for some emotional support, and maybe things will be decent. Despite the unpredictable content plans, the game hasn’t left its players clueless in the open; the upcoming update and DLC are now testable , giving you the chance to experience two fresh dungeons.

If two new Fallen Banners DLC dungeons don’t excite you, there are revamped starting zones and ample quality-of-life upgrades to explore. Fortunately, no complex quests are needed to access the test server; there’s a simple download and switch option in the launcher. So, while playing update 45 might not entirely soothe your nerves, it offers new content available to sample before the full launch. It’s definitely something.

Please remember that the Cyrodiil Champions PvP content isn’t part of this primary test phase.

“The pair of new dungeons, Exiled Redoubt and Lep Seclusa, delve into the broader repercussions of the Three Banners War story-wise, whilst giving new hurdles for the players willing to take them on. The prologue quest notes the resurgence of a previously vanquished enemy, The Worm Cult roaming Tamriel again.

“For the quality-of-life features, expect an overhaul of the in-game map, improvements to the Green Champion Point Star, adjustments to mount speeds and a revamped art for the starting zones, to mention a few. A new Crime Wave mini-event is also up for testing this week. A comprehensive list of base game enhancements for the first week of PTS is provided below.

“Future enhancements and tests, like Cyrodiil Champions, will be spotlighted in the upcoming weeks of the PTS Cycle, so keep looking out for those.”

There’s ample time for testing here; the complete launch isn’t scheduled till March 10th for PC/Mac and March 25th for console.
