Mainframe Announces Landscape Changes for Pax Dei

Continuing from a preceding declaration that indicated a restructuring phase for Pax Dei, Mainframe is again present with intricate insight on its execution. In particular, the company is applying alterations to the MMORPG’s geography by modifying aspects from biomes to resources. They intend to implement such substantial changes that they would necessitate a total reset as part of the associated content update.

To convey information about these changes, grounded on the feedback from Early Access, the Mainframe team made a Spotlight post on the game’s website, discussing terrain transformations – making the ascents and descents smoother and more spacious. The inclines are gentler, additional mountain routes are now accessible, and even falling damage is recalculated.

Elsewhere, the game creators are redesigning rock formations to simplify building. They aim to inspire players to construct innovative structures in wider areas. Enhancements to road networks have been undertaken as well, introducing variations from plain earth tracks to tarred highways.

Simultaneously, they will be deploying updates to make biomes more captivating and unique.

Additionally, the developers are keen on streamlining entry into adventuring for players at the early stages of the game, thereby making amendments to PvE encounters. They will incorporate enemy encampments dotted across provinces, some specifically catered for singular or duo gameplay. They will also unveil beginner-level cave dungeons and a redistribution of enemies.

Succinctly, players can anticipate significant changes soon. It’s expected that these revisions will tackle many feedback issues raised by the players.
