In the race to its Corepunk November 26th early access launch, there’s no slowing down. Following several unforeseen Alpha 4 wipes, the creators at Artificial Core have decided to postpone the subsequent planned wipe for a few weeks. This would give players ample time to engage with high-level content and provide valuable feedback for important system modifications.
The team released a fresh blog post detailing the efforts to strengthen several components and elements of the forthcoming MMO.
These initiatives range from enhancing server stability and responsiveness of combat to refining quests, perfecting the open world, preparing an open world dungeon known as the Steppes, balancing itemization, updating talents, establishing a full loot PvP island, crafting PvE dungeons, and including two battlegrounds.
Artificial Core expressed that “By the time early access rolls out, all the systems should be fully operational, aligning with Corepunk’s design philosophy that emphasizes depth, versatility, and replayability. Our goal is to provide an outstanding game where a wide range of players can discover enjoyable activities, switch to other pursuits when one becomes monotonous. Thus, each player explores the game at their own pace, with individualized objectives and endgames, all brought together under a single ecosystem.”
