Starting on August 20, the eighth season of Hearthstone Battlegrounds, titled Trinkets and Travels, welcomes players. In line with the season’s exotic holiday theme, gamers of the CCG will be guided to the curio shop to meet the new character, Marin the Manager.
This season brings the novel Trinkets mechanic into play. These are passive boosts offered twice throughout a game and they can be procured with gold and utilized for the entire game. There are over 100 Trinkets launching in the game, and their prices depend on a range of factors, with the Hero being one. Marin the Manager, the new Hero, allows the opportunity to acquire a bonus Trinket one turn ahead.
