Elder Scrolls Online previews Update 43’s home tours feature and Infinite Archive additions

Preview of Update 43’s Home Tours Feature and Infinite Archive Additions in Elder Scrolls Online

It was teased earlier in the month by Elder Scrolls Online that there would be a new housing feature introduced in Update 43, now we have further clarification. The new feature allows players to explore other players’ homes using a search feature.

This newly introduced home tours feature serves as a UI element that will help players explore other players’ homes. It enables players to visit friends’ homes by searching for their user ID, allows searching for homes falling into categories like libraries or strongholds, or lets players see what’s listed in a recommended tab. There is even an option to recommend houses and add favorite houses to a specific list using a weekly allowance.

The home tours feature is just one primary feature of Update 43; the other includes several modifications to the Infinite Archive, like adding new maps, introducing new enemies, presenting new verses and visions, and rolling out more loot in the form of new class item sets.

In addition to these, Update 43 will implement quality-of-life tweaks like an expanded duplicate prevention system, expanded cash shop mounts previews, and a sequence of bug fixes. The new patch will be available on August 19th for PC users and on September 4th for consoles, though PC players can preview it on PTS on Monday, July 8th.
